My name is Brooke Gillespie. I’m 27 years old and married to my best friend Chris. We’ve been together since we were 15 years old (nope, that’s not a typo… we really were 15). We recently added a new addition to the family... our little jelly bean, Khloe. Everyday is a new adventure in parenting. We moved into our first home in January 2010 and have been DIY-ing ever since. Chris is the handy-man type. He loves tools and never hires anyone to do anything. If he puts his mind to it, he can accomplish it! (Saves us some bucks when it comes to home improvement!) I love to decorate. My style may not be the bees knees to everyone, but I do what I like. Why go with what everyone else likes in your home? You’re the one who has to live there every day, so make it into something you love!
